Rent Raid
The rent is $10,000, one quarter of an apartment, and a dragon in reading glasses is holding it. Every $10 of creator fees from $RAID trades sends one more tenant at him, in the name of the wallet that traded. They hit him and they yell about the sink. When the fees reach $10,000 he falls and the rent is paid.
Join the raid
Buy right here. When your trade lands, your tenant runs in from the gate (fees are counted from every trade, about 15 to 30 seconds after it confirms).
the buy box opens at launch. the courtyard above is a demo army until then.
Your squad
Connect a wallet and every tenant your trades sent in turns gold, with your name tag over their pot helmets.

every trade pays the fee, so every trade feeds the raid
The deal, plainly
- pump.fun pays the coin's creator a small fee on every buy and sell (we measured about 0.3% on our own launches). Those fees are the Landlord's HP.
- The fees go to the dev and pay the dev's actual rent. $10,000 is one quarter. That is the whole plan.
- Every $10 of fees spawns one tenant for the wallet whose trading paid it, split by trade volume. Tenants are drawings. They are not shares and they don't pay out.
- The dev wallet trades $RAID too and can sell at any time. Watch the battle log, every trade is public.
- Holding $RAID gives you no rent, no refund and no return. Memecoins mostly go to zero. Only buy what you are fine losing.
- Fee math is read from public pump.fun trade data and the creator fee vault on Solana.
